What You Need:
- 1 cup cooked long grain rice
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 3/4 cup fat free ranch dressing
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate. That’s it! Makes 8 servings.
