The 25 Days of Healthy Holiday Habits

Here it is again the 25 Days of Christmas and the GoGirlDiet 25 Days of Healthy Holiday Habits!  Over the next 25 days, I will  post skinny tips to help avoid that unwanted holiday weight gain.

The most common cause of weight gain during the holidays is due to over indulgence. Try using a smaller plate which  allows you to put less food on your plate and encourages proper portion sizes.
