Rockin’ Rice Pudding & Only 4 Ingredients

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 3 Cups Skim Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Rice
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

WHAT TO DO:

Mix all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.  Then simmer for 1-2 hours or until thick.  Serve warm or chilled.

Makes 6- 1/2 cup sevings.
